This thing is not durable or reliable, I am MAD, this is the only thing I can do, I-inhale is unresponsive, don't buy it, don't listen to the marketing reviews. The antiperspirants can work for a lot of people but with really strong cases of axillary hyperhidrosis I suggest 20% AlCl solution applied once every few days over night because as of yet it's one of the most effective remedies for sweating. However with some people the sweating is so strong even the 20% AlCl solution won't work. In that case iontophoresis that's modified for axillary use can be a good solution. For sweaty palms I suggest iontophoresis because it's more convenient then AlCl solutions because of obvious reasons (it can't be applied to wet skin and people with serious case of palmar hyperhidrosis simply can't keep their palms dry when applying creams).
