Most people want to have fast weight loss. However, people seem to forget specifics such a how fast. So, how much weight can a person burn off without having to worry about their weight?

Day One
You can eat as much soup as you want. The recipe for the soup varies from person to person, but its major ingredients include cabbage, onion, tomatoes and other vegetables that are low in calories. You can also eat as much fruit as you want but banana is the exception. Limit yourself to water.
Day Two
One the second day, you can add vegetables to your soup diet. However, the second day requires that you don’t eat fruit.
Wednesday
On day three, you can now eat as much vegetables and fruits as you want aside from baked potato.
Day Four
You can only eat bananas on the fourth day. For the whole day, you should only eat about eight pieces. Of course, you can also eat as much soup as you want.
Fifth Day
When day five comes rolling in, your diet must consist of 30 ounces of beef or skinless chicken or fish. You can also eat about six tomatoes for the whole day. You must stick to water for your liquid needs and only eat the soup once today.
Saturday
Eat soup once today. Your diet should consist of beef and vegetables while staying clear off baked potatoes.
Day Seven
On the last day, you can now upgrade to eating brown rice and as much vegetables as you want. Still, your drink of choice should be water.
So that’s how to lose weight fast. It can be very effective especially if you’re on a scheulde. However, you might first want to consult a doctor or nutritionist if you ever decide on going for the soup diet. Bear in mind that although it sounds easy, sticking to the diet can still be hard. However, in one week, the diet is sure to be effective. Keep in mind that you don’t want to lose weight by putting your health at risk.
