With so many stuffs to keep track of nowadays, wouldn’t it be nice if you can improve your memory? Well, now it is viable. Current scientific study through numerous scientists have found that our brain can adapt and enhance providing that two things happen:
1. A challenge is presented.
2. It has access to enough resources.
The science is obviously very complicated and it do not have to be this way for you. In this article, I will attempt to explain the process of how your brain sharpen and how it can sharpen your memory. Believe me, it is more straightforward than you think it is achievable.
The number one thing you have to do is to challenge your brain. Supposing that you are going to build bigger muscles, you not only have to carry weights, you also have to carry weights beyond your comfort zone. Supposing that you are going to establish greater stamina, you will need to run longer than what your body can take.
The same is real for your brain. Supposing that you are planning to reverse brain age, engage in activities that challenge your brain. A good example would be to acquire a new language. You would find that memory sharpen for all part of your life, not only in languages. Other good method to enhance your memory would be to do brain exercises.
The second thing you have to do is to make sure your brain have enough resources to grow. Just as your muscles need protein, etc to thrive, so does your brain. As a normal rule, the more green vegetables you eat, the better it is for your brain.
It is also essential that you stay away from sugar in all its form. This is most likely the hardest to do due to the fact that sugar is such a large section of our diet…
