We have had a change of philosophy. A moment of clarity if you will.

Here at ArenaofHealth.com we used to have thousands of health articles touching on hundreds of different topics and approaches.

But you know what? Those articles didn’t really address the fundamentals of health for 99% of people.

It’s really simple. Health and Weight Loss are to be addressed first at the source. You need to treat the root cause first.

The fact is you aren’t eating right, and you aren’t exercising right. This is true for most people.

And this is likely why you’re sick, or why you’re not recovering as well as you should be.

If your fuel is polluted. You’re engine won’t run right.

If you don’t service your car, your car will stop working.

The good news is eating right and excercising done right is awesome fun.
Hints:
- It’s not how they do it on the Biggest loser.
- It’s not becoming a vegetarian.
- It’s not giving up the food you love.
- It’s not exercising for hours on end
